Delete Your Data
You have the right to delete your account and data at any time under GDPR (EU), PDPL (Saudi Arabia), CCPA (California), and equivalent data protection frameworks — plus Meta Platform requirements.
Easiest way: inside the app
Sign in and go to 'Privacy & Data' — request a data export or account erasure with one click and track the request status live.
1. Unlink Meta Only
If you want to disconnect AdFluxa from Facebook/Instagram without deleting your AdFluxa account.
On disconnect, we immediately delete all Meta access tokens. Your prior designs and wallet remain in your account.
2. Delete Your Entire Account & Data
Final action — deletes all your designs, campaigns, wallet, and personal data.
- Personal account info (name, email, phone, logo)
- All designs, logos, posts, photos, videos
- Business profile data and associated settings
- Meta and WhatsApp access tokens
- Usage logs and audit trails
- Unused credit balance (not cash-refundable)
- Invoices and payment records — retention period set by the financial regulations of your billing jurisdiction (typically 5–7 years)
- Financial audit logs — 1 year
3. Partial Deletion (photos, designs, campaigns)
Delete specific items directly in-app without affecting the rest of your account.
