Terms of Service

By using AdFluxa or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept on its behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

AdFluxa is a platform for creating and managing social media advertising content using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

• AI-powered ad copy generation
• Professional AI-generated ad imagery
• Campaign publishing to social media platforms
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Credit and balance management
• WhatsApp and email notifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Information you provide must be accurate, correct, and up to date
• Each account is linked to a single business
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms

4.1 Prepaid Credit System

• Pay-as-you-go platform. 1 SAR = 1 credit.
• Top up through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)
• All amounts in Saudi Riyal (SAR), including 15% VAT
• Top-ups are non-refundable except in exceptional cases at platform discretion
• Credits are valid for 365 days from the last top-up

4.2 Tool Pricing

• Each tool displays its credit cost before use
• Credit deduction occurs only after successful generation
• If generation fails, credits are automatically refunded
• Prices may be adjusted, but completed work is billed at the price at time of execution

4.3 Paid Ad Campaigns (when enabled)

• Campaign cost = Ad budget + Platform fee (10%) + VAT on fee
• Amount is deducted only after your final approval to publish
• If the external platform (e.g. Meta) rejects the campaign, no deduction occurs

You are responsible for the content you publish through the platform. The following is prohibited:

• Content that violates Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated advertisements
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Advertising prohibited or restricted products or services
• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Attempts to manipulate AI systems or inject malicious prompts

• AI-generated content (text and designs) are suggestions requiring your review
• You bear final responsibility for accuracy and appropriateness of published content
• AI-generated images are illustrative and may not accurately represent your product
• We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific advertising results

• The platform and all its components (code, design, branding) are owned by AdFluxa
• Content you upload (logo, product images, text) remains fully yours
• AI-generated designs for your business are commercially usable without restriction
• Reselling or distributing generated designs as templates or standalone products is not permitted

• We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice
• Campaign performance depends on third-party platforms and market conditions
• We are not liable for third-party service outages (Meta, payment gateway, WhatsApp)

• We do not guarantee specific advertising results (impressions, clicks, sales)
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign or tool
• We are not liable for business decisions based on platform data
• We are not liable for third-party platforms (e.g. Meta) rejecting content under their policies

• You can cancel your account anytime — no monthly subscription, no penalties
• We may immediately suspend your account for violating these terms
• Upon cancellation, active campaigns will be stopped
• Remaining balance can be requested for refund within 90 days of cancellation, where regulations permit

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
